Joseph's Rain Dance

The guys are chatting at C-Sports Now when they notice that Joseph is acting crazy. He's shaking and gyrating down the halls, completely out of breath.

When the guys ask for an explanation, Joseph says he's trying to make it rain. "I'm talking about, I need a monsoon, man," he says. "I need it to snow. I need the roads impassable, man."

What on earth could be so bad that Joseph needs to change the weather?
