Makes 16 bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Directions


Heat honey, coconut oil, almond butter, sea salt, vanilla and cinnamon in a saucepan over low heat.

Combine chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, dark chocolate chips, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries and rolled oats in a bowl.

Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Press into a greased 8" x 8" pan and refrigerate until hardened. Cut into 16 bars.

Store in an airtight container, with layers of parchment paper separating the bars, in the refrigerator.
