As in green tea. Because these tea leaves aren't fermented like black and oolong teas, they contain the highest concentration of powerful antioxidants called catechins. Studies have shown that drinking green tea is associated with a lower risk for some cancers. Other research suggests that downing multiple cups daily can lower "bad" (LDL) cholesterol and promote weight loss.
