Barbecue expert Adam Perry Lang shares his recipe for a cool, refreshing drink...the perfect complement to sweet potatoes and pork shoulder !
  • 1 gallon water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 16 bags tea , English Breakfast or your favorite herbal tea
  • Directions
    Bring water just to boil. Drop in tea bags. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Remove bags.

    Stir in sugar. Place a sprig of mint in a mason jar, and pour hot or cold tea over. Cover and chill.
