Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
Casserole:
- 3 large sweet potatoes , boiled with skin on
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
Topping:
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup pure butter
Directions
Peel boiled sweet potatoes and mix with other ingredients in a large mixer for about 1 minute or until mixture is smooth. Pour into a medium glass baking dish. Mix all topping ingredients with a fork. Crumble on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 400° for around 25 minutes.
