  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Zesty Rub (see recipe)
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • Cilantro
  • Radishes
  • Lime wedges
  • Cotija cheese
  • Salsa


    Total time: 20 minutes

    Toss chicken with olive oil and Zesty Rub. Grill on medium heat until fully cooked, 15 to 18 minutes. Thinly slice chicken and divide among warmed tortillas. Top with cilantro, sliced radishes, lime wedges, crumbled Cotija cheese, and salsa of your choice.
