  • Sesame or seaweed rice crackers (such as KA-ME)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Wasabi
  • Boiled shrimp (you can buy them already cooked at many grocery stores)
  • Scallions


Mix mayonnaise with wasabi to taste (either the stuff in the tube or the paste you make from the powder). Top crackers with wasabi mayonnaise, a halved boiled shrimp and some thinly sliced scallion greens.
