PB&J Tofu Smoothie Recipe

Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
½ cup silken tofu
½ cup almond milk
1½ tsp. peanut butter
Directions
In blender, combine frozen berries (add a few ice cubes if using fresh berries), banana, silken tofu, almond milk and peanut butter. Puree until smooth.
