Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup silken tofu
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1½ tsp. peanut butter

    Directions

    In blender, combine frozen berries (add a few ice cubes if using fresh berries), banana, silken tofu, almond milk and peanut butter. Puree until smooth.
