Nut Butter Energy Balls Recipe
- 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/4 cup flax meal
In a bowl, stir together nut or seed butter, honey, nonfat dry milk powder, and flax meal. With your hands, form 1¼" balls, arrange in a single layer in a container, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
