Mike Isabella's Mushroom and Smoked Mozzarella Pizza Recipe

Topped with a deconstructed omelet, this pizza, from Top Chef's Mike Isabella's restaurant Graffiato, is a fun new way to feed the morning crowd.
Add lemon for extra zest.
Ingredients
- ½ pound smoked mozzarella
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
Total time: 12-15 minutesArrange thinly sliced smoked mozzarella on dough, then arrange the cleaned and sliced mixed mushrooms on top. Bake at 450° until crust is golden brown. Meanwhile, scramble eggs. Remove pizza from oven and top with scrambled eggs, salt, and olive oil.
