Mean, Lean and Green Shake Recipe

Serves 2
2/3 cup seedless green grapes
2 cups baby spinach, any big stems removed
1/2 cucumber, peeled
1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
3/4 cup blueberries, plus extra to garnish
A few sprigs of parsley
Large pinch of alfalfa sprouts
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 scant cup water
1 tsp. spirulina powder (optional)
Directions
Whiz all the ingredients together, except any garnishes, in a powerful blender, such as a Vitamix.
