Marshmallow Charms Bundt Cake Recipe

You can find cereal marshmallows (the exact Lucky Charms marshmallows, minus the cereal!) online or in specialty food stores.Cooking spray
1 cup cereal marshmallows
1 (11.5-ounce) box Lucky Charms, or similar cereal
2 cups Rice Krispies, or similar cereal
2 (10-ounce) bags miniature marshmallows
8 Tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter
Directions
Spray a 10-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle the cereal marshmallows evenly along the bottom of the pan. Toss the cereals together in a large bowl and set aside.
Melt the miniature marshmallows and butter together in a large saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Once melted, pour the hot marshmallow mixture into the bowl of mixed cereals. Toss together until the cereal is fully coated.
Spoon the cereal mixture into the prepared pan and press down gently to compact, using greased hands. Let set for 2 to 3 hours.
Just before serving, use a butter knife to run around the edges of the pan to gently release the cake.
