Serves 1


  • 1 sweet apple, peeled and cored
  • 1/4 cup raw oats
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup vanilla-almond, or coconut, milk
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Dash of ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


    Place all of the ingredients, except the milk, into a blender. Add the milk and turn the blender on, starting with the lowest speed. Slowly increase the speed and maintain the blender on the highest speed until all of the ingredients are smooth, generally 20 to 60 seconds, depending on your blender model.
