Classic Granola Recipe

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ cup nuts and dried fruits (such as peanuts, coconut, papaya, or strawberries)
Preheat oven to 300°.
In a large bowl, stir together rolled oats, canola oil, honey, salt, and nuts and dried fruits (optional).
Spread in an even layer on 2 foil or parchment-paper-lined rimmed baking sheets and bake 30 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
