Makes about 12 tots

  • 1 cup broccoli, grated
  • 1/4 cup white onion, finely diced
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°. In a medium bowl, combine grated broccoli; finely diced white onion; minced garlic; almond flour; grated Parmesan; chopped parsley; egg; salt; and a large pinch of ground black pepper. Mix well, form into tot shapes (add more flour if too wet), and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake, flipping halfway through, until edges are browned and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve with your favorite dip.
