Serves 4

Ingredients


  • 1 1/3 cups fresh, or frozen, strawberries, hulled
  • 1 1/3 cups fresh, or frozen, raspberries
  • 1 1/3 cups fresh, or frozen, blackberries
  • 3/4 cup raw Brazil nuts
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups soy milk
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 10 ice cubes

    Directions

    Put all the ingredients in a blender, or a food processor, and blend until smooth. Serve icy cold.
