Ingredients


  • 2/3 cup seedless green grapes
  • 2 cups baby spinach, any big stems removed
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 3/4 cup blueberries, plus extra to garnish
  • A few sprigs of parsley
  • Large pinch of alfalfa sprouts
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 scant cup water
  • 1 tsp. spirulina powder (optional)

    Directions

    Whiz all the ingredients together, except any garnishes, in a powerful blender, such as a Vitamix.
