Celebrate the true spirit of Sweetest Day by reminding the special people in your life that they are not forgotten and that they matter to you—that your life is just a little bit sweeter with them in it. This applies to your partner, parents, friends, relatives, co-workers—anyone who enriches your life.

You don't have to spend a lot of money to show your appreciation either. Perhaps e-mail, text or write a handwritten note (remember those?) to someone you care about. Maybe take time to have a heartfelt conversation about what makes that person special.
