Beginning November 28, 2011 at 12:01 AM (ET) through December 9, 2011 at 11:59 PM (ET) go to oprah.com/12days and complete and submit the entry form pursuant to the onscreen instructions. Twelve (12) winners will each receive a prize package consisting of: (i) items chosen by Oprah, Peter Walsh, Martha Beck, Gayle King, Dr. Oz, Val Monroe, Suze Orman, Cat Cora, and Adam Glassman, listed in the 2011 O List Favorite Things Edition (ARV: $7,252), and (ii) $2,175 in cash, which winners may use, if they so elect, to help defray any tax consequences they may incur by accepting the prizes. Approximate retail value per winner is $9,427. Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $113,124. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
