About the Show
On The Customer Is Always Right?, America’s national brands are about to do something virtually unheard of in corporate America: They are going to invite customers inside their companies and listen to their feedback and ideas. In fact, they're not only going to listen to their customers, they’re going to put them in charge of addressing their own issues.
On each episode of The Customer Is Always Right, a struggling, nation-wide brand will invite 8-10 of its long-time customers to a focus group. From behind a two-way mirror, executives from the company watch—forced to listen to everything their once loyal customers think they’re doing wrong—before the CEO makes a surprise appearance to the group. But he’s not there to debate them—he’s there to hire two of the customers!' 'For one week, these two customers will have the unique opportunity to address their biggest issues with their favorite brands. Working alongside the company’s employees, together they strive to improve the bottom line—because when a brand does well, people not only stay employed, but prosper.' 'At the end of the week, the changes they make will be shown to a final focus group of customers. If they like the changes, our two customers will each win $10,000, and we’ll find out whether or not The Customer Is Always Right!
