Elura grew up helping her parents run one of Staten Island's oldest shops, and then broke the family mold by choosing school as her first career. Next, she joined the world of pinstripe-clad power lawyers and practiced commercial litigation and family law for a large corporate law firm.
When Elura could no longer resist the lure of being her own employer, she and Michele founded' 'Lawyer Up, a full-spectrum educational company for law students and professionals. At the helm of' 'Lawyer Up, Elura and Michele work together to bring law to the masses in their signature straight-shooting, no-nonsense style. Most recently,' 'the two have taken their skills on the road by working as mobile mediators to resolve disputes of all sizes for all types of larger-than-life clients in Staten Island and the larger NYC area.
