Ingredients
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup bottled roasted red peppers , drained and chopped2 cans (6 ounce each) packed in water light tuna , drained and rinsed10 kalamata (brine-cured) black olives , pitted and chopped1 large celery rib , chopped1 scallion , finely chopped2 Tbsp. Italian parsley , chopped1 tsp. caraway seedsSalt and black pepper , to taste1/4 cup toasted pignolis (pine nuts), for garnishCrackers or baguette slices , for serving Directions
Whisk together lemon juice and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and
combine. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with toasted pine nuts. Tuna salad can be
served with crackers or baguette slices.
