As we begin this review section, our overarching theme is "I am not a body. I am free. For I am still as God created me." Understanding that we are a spirit housed in a body is essential to understanding our power and freedom in God. We are developing trust in ourselves and humankind because we know that, as a spirit, we are one with our brothers.
