Combine liquid ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with one Thai red chili pepper that has been sliced and attached to the glasses rim or just float the chili in the drink. Do not eat the chili! Finish it off with 12 to 18 red chili flakes for a little spice.
