Hair Product of the Month: Kérastase Paris Elixir Ultime The Imperial + Oleo-Complexe
Why we love it: Frizz-calming silicone is combined with moisturizing oils (to repair damage) and antioxidant-rich white tea extract (to prevent color from
fading). Two pumps of the floral-scented serum on damp hair leave it remarkably silky.

Tiny Tin
You'd have to be a Scrooge not to be charmed by this small mirrored tin of five pint-size lipsticks. The colors—from nude to deep red—are all flattering, and the texture is deliciously moisturizing. Bless them, every (little) one!—Val Monroe

Pore Thing
Once in a while I'm presented with a product that addresses an issue everyone's writing about. For example, I'd just finished reading yet another lament about large pores when a bottle of Perricone MD Intensive Pore Treatment hit my desk. The formula tightens pores, exfoliating with glycolic acid and helping control oil production with zinc and salycylic acid. You can't change pores' size—don't believe anyone who says you can—but tightening them makes them look smaller.—Val Monroe
