I've dressed some of the most famous women in the world and promise you that every single one of them has told me that she would like to conceal a few things. The best-dressed women and the most sexy women are those who show off their assets and hide their flaws. One of the most important tips I can give you is to be comfortable in your clothes, because if you are comfortable and confident, you will be sexy! Therefore, you should only wear clothing you feel comfortable and confident in; clothing that hides your flaws and highlights your best features. Every woman's body has flaws she might want to hide, and every woman's body has assets she should want to flaunt. It is sometimes easy to get caught up in our flaws, but don't let them distract you from remembering your good parts! I suggest that you pick the three body parts that you consider "flawed" and pick the three body parts that you love most. Use these choices and refer to the "Conceal and Reveal Strategies" I have listed below to get some tips on how to hide flaws and accentuate assets to become your most sexy self.
Neck

Neck
Conceal: Audrey Hepburn was admired for her lovely long neck, but if you feel that yours is a little too long, there are ways to conceal it by wearing high crew-neck tops or turtlenecks.

Reveal: If you want the opposite effect, wearing V-necks and wide U-necks will elongate the appearance of your neck by drawing the eye down toward the décolletage.
Shoulders

Shoulders
Conceal: If you want to appear narrower in the shoulders, wear dark colors on top. Raglan sleeves on shirts also make your shoulders seem slimmer by drawing your eye inward. Avoid wearing anything boxy since this adds weight and does not draw the eye to a defined waist.

Reveal: Wide lapels or epaulets on your jackets will widen the look of your shoulders. Also, wearing anything with strong shoulders and a nipped waist will accentuate your shoulders.
Back

Back
Conceal: Dark, well-fitted jackets will de-emphasize a wider back. Also, wearing a princess-seam blazer will give the illusion of a smaller back. The same strategy for concealing shoulders applies: Avoid wearing boxy jackets.

Reveal: Halter tops and dresses or anything with a plunging back will show off this sexy asset.
Bust

Bust
Conceal: Semi-fitted styles, darted tops, V-necks, sweetheart cuts and single-breasted jackets will help a big bust look best. Steer clear of high crew necks and turtlenecks with horizontal patterns, which can create a "uniboob" and make your torso look thick.

Reveal: Ruffles and ruching will add texture to a top and give you a more voluptuous appearance. Horizontal and empire-waist cuts will also make a small bust look best.
Waistline

Waistline
Conceal: Tailored cuts that taper in snugly at the waist, such as jackets with princess seams or peplum jackets, will create the illusion of a waist.

Reveal: Wrap dresses and tops that tie at the waist or belts that cinch at the waist will show off your slim middle.
Stomach

Stomach
Conceal: Empire-waist shirts and dresses help disguise a bulging stomach. Wearing dark colors at the waist is beneficial in concealing a problem stomach area. Layering a fitted piece under a jacket will also be helpful. A wrap top or wrap dress is also a great option to conceal the stomach area and create a waist.

Reveal: Fitted tops and sweaters in a lightweight fabric fit snugly (not clingy) and show off a sexy stomach.
Butt

Butt
Conceal: Curve-skimming dresses in matte jersey will diminish the appearance of a full bottom. Skirts that release at the upper hip, such as an A-line skirt, are your best option. Pants with a wide leg or boot cut will balance out a big booty.

Reveal:
Pants or jeans with interesting back pockets show off your natural curves. Skirts and pants should be form-fitting, such as a pencil skirt and skinny jeans.
Arms

Arms
Conceal: Three-quarter-length jackets will make your arms appear slimmer by hitting at the thinnest point on your forearm. Shirts with blousy sleeves, even if transparent, will disguise your arms.

Reveal: Sleeveless tops, halter-tops and strapless dresses will attract attention to pretty arms.
Hips

Hips
Conceal: Jackets that are tailored to hit at your waist and have wide shoulders will balance large hips. As with concealing your butt, wearing A-line skirts and dresses is your best option. Avoid wearing cargo pants or pants with large side pockets, as this will add bulk to your problem area.

Reveal: Pants with side pockets or pocket detailing add curves to straight hips. A trumpet skirt will flatter by fitting snuggly through the hips then flaring out at the knee.
Thighs

Thighs
Conceal: Boot-cut or flared-leg pants counter the width of your thighs and balance your legs. Avoid skirts with an asymmetrical hem, as this will draw attention to your thighs, whereas an A-line skirt will disguise full thighs.

Reveal: Skinny jeans, short shorts and short skirts reveal your shapely thighs.
Calves

Calves
Conceal: Avoid skirts and pants that hit at mid-calf length, which will make your calves look wider. Wearing shoes with ankle straps is also unflattering to wide-calves because it cuts of the vertical line.

Reveal: A-line skirts that hit at knee-length make calves look slimmer, and high heels make your calves shapelier.
Feet

Feet
Conceal: To conceal big feet, try a round-toe or square-toe cut.

Reveal: A low-cut, high-heeled show will visually lengthen the look of your feet.
