Q: Warmer weather means more parties and weddings ahead. Where can I find flattering, affordable dresses for events?

A: First off, I love Isaac Mizrahi's new dress collection: These expensive-looking numbers come in varying lengths and gorgeous colors, making them perfect evening or bridesmaids wear. Second, Georgina Chapman of red-carpet favorite Marchesa has a new line with JCPenney—and the pieces have the same showstopping style as her couture creations: Think fantasy ball gowns and princess-y evening dresses. Bonus: Everything in these lines is under $250.

Coach purse

Crazy For It!
The bigger the bag, the more you tend to fill it. And if the purse is heavy to begin with, your shoulders and back will suffer. Coach, one of my favorite labels, feels your pain. This new bag, designed for its Legacy line, is inspired by its classic duffel and is as light as it is stylish. You (and your back) will be amazed at the difference.

Can't Resist!
Diane von Furstenberg is launching her second kids' line with Gap, replete with the signature prints and comfy fabrics that made the first collection so popular last year. I can't wait to snap up a few pieces for my friends' daughters.

Great Idea!
Warner's has created the new UnWire bra, which contains a nonmetal "wire" that is crushable and guaranteed not to pop out and poke you in tender places.
