Oprah's Spelman College Commencement Address

On Sunday, May 20, Oprah delivered the Spelman College commencement address to 550 graduates. In addition, Oprah was recognized with the institution's National Community Service Award.
Spelman College, which awarded Oprah with an honorary degree in 1993, also has a special relationship with the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls—South Africa. Three students from the academy have been accepted as first-year students at the college as part of the class of 2016.
