Exclusive: Yanni and His Panda, Santorini

In 2011, the China Olympic mascot panda, Mao Mao, gave birth to a female giant panda cub at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Two months later, China honored Yanni with the adoption of the cub, whom he named Santorini. Watch as Yanni reflects on this great honor—"It's their version of the Nobel Peace Prize," he says—and see the two interact at Santorini's home in Chengdu.
