After wowing us with 127 space makeovers, interior designer Nate Berkus became a fixture on The Oprah Winfrey Show. We fell in love with his designs and with his warm-hearted personality. That's why it was all the more devastating to watch Nate suffer a huge loss in 2004, when his partner Fernando was killed in a tsunami.

Today, Nate has found love again with his husband, Jeremiah, who says that Nate's past plays an important role in their love story. "Nate has obviously been through so much," Jeremiah says. "When we met, it was cellular for me. Like I said at our wedding, I feel like he is engraved in every part of me."
