What Surprises Crystal Fox Most About Her Character Hanna Young

Crystal Fox plays the role of Hanna Young on The Haves and the Have Nots, the "moral fiber" of the show. "I'm a strong, Christian woman," Crystal says. "Who, as the fans say, I'm a 'Good, cursin' Christian.'"

On a show that is riddled with lies, deceit and murder, Hanna tries to keep the peace. "I think I'm the last sane person on the show, but everything around me is trying to break that," Crystal says.

Just when you think Hanna can't possibly handle any more, Tyler Perry throws another twist into The Haves and the Have Nots. Crystal says it's her character's ability to rise above the turmoil that stands out most to her. "Hanna's life has had a lot of moments that could have broken someone else, and how she manages to keep going in a strong way is surprising to me," she says.
