Someone Is Railroading Benny

One minute, Benny is being picked up by the police and told he's being charged with Quincy Maxwell's murder. The next, members of the Secret Service are interrogating him about his involvement in terrorism. What is going on?

"Listen to me," Veronica says. "This makes no sense. OK? You have a charge pending. They're holding you here. And now you're telling me the Secret Service has been here, asking you questions. What is that about, Benjamin?"

Benny has no idea why he's being railroaded, but one thing is clear: Someone with a lot of power is messing with him.
