Hanna Tells the Cryers That She Has Their Money

Knowing that Jim visited Benny while he was in jail, Hanna goes over to the Cryer estate and demands to know what Jim was interrogating her son about. As Hanna pieces everything together, she begins to question Jim about the money Candace took from him. However, Jim has questions of his own and grows impatient with Hanna.

Clutching his generously poured glass of liquor, Jim says, "Let me tell you something, Hanna. I don't actually feel the need to explain myself to the maid."

"I don't give a damn what you feel the need to explain," Hanna counters. "If you want your money, you might want to."

Seemingly unbothered, Jim doesn't seem to take Hanna seriously. Chuckling, he tells her, "Why don't you just get your ass on the hell out of my house."

"Not a problem," Hanna says. "Because I'll walk my ass out of here with 8 million reasons in my pocket."

Hanna reveals that she has access to the Cryers' money because she shares a joint account with Benny. As understanding finally washes over Jim, he falls silent.
