Bees Knees Batch Cocktail Recipe

- 1 1/3 cups honey
- 1 cup water
- 6 ounces (3/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
- 16 ounces (2 cups) gin
- Ice, for serving
For the honey syrup: Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring, just until combined. Let cool.
For the cocktail: Combine the lemon juice, 6 ounces (3/4 cup) honey syrup and the gin in a large pitcher. Stir well. Put ice in 6 rocks glasses and pour the cocktail mix over.
Cook's Note: Extra honey syrup can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
