We're all on a path to finding work that makes our souls sing. For one woman and the thousands of children she has influenced, it means bringing the music in her heart to the world. Meet Josephine Lee, the artistic director of the world-renowned Chicago Children's Choir.

"We come into this world with so much joy and happiness. It's what happens along the years that builds these, you know, barriers; we build up these walls," Josephine says. "And that's why music is so powerful, because it breaks down those barriers. It breaks down those walls and allows you to feel and to connect, a spiritual connection. And that's the transformative power of music."

In the video above, Josephine shares how she's creating a better world through the "power of musical excellence."
