Michael B. Jordan Says He Went to Therapy After Filming Black Panther

Michael B. Jordan, who played superhero villain Erik Killmonger, told Oprah that he turned to therapy to get out of the "lonely" mindset he developed while shooting Black Panther. "As a man I think we get a lot of slack for it...the whole, you know what it is to be masculine" Michael says. "I don't really subscribe to that because I feel like everybody needs to unpack and talk whether it's at a therapist or a close friend or family member."
