Melody Holt on Asking Your Doctor Questions

Melody Holt laughs remembering doctor visits during her youth where she commonly forgot to ask important questions. Now, she says, she has her doctor's cell phone number and keeps questions on a notes page. "I pay attention," says Melody her body's signs and signals. These days, if she forgets to ask a question, Melody says she has no qualms about texting her doctor.
