In 2004, Barry Manilow came on The Oprah Winfrey Show with his piano to perform a few of his classic songs for an audience full of adoring fans. After the show, the cameras kept rolling as Oprah and the audience asked him a few questions about his life and career. Oprah wanted to know what Barry did in his spare time.

"I never have downtime," Barry told her. "I'm always creating something. ... I'm in the world."
