In a 2004 appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show, legendary newswoman Barbara Walters gave fans an in-depth, behind the scenes look at some of her most famous interviews.

After the show, one audience member wanted to know which one of her illustrious interviewees she would choose to accompany her on a cross-country road trip. Her first response: Oprah.

"If you take me, that's the biggest hoot you could have," Oprah said. "I'm fun. I'm tequila shots at midnight."

Oprah then asked Barbara what man she would most want to take, after readily offering her own choice of actor John Travolta.

After some thought, Barbara answered former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell.

"You're taking Colin for a hoot of a time?" Oprah asked in disbelief.
