Aired on 10/12/1985 | CC tv-pg
For more than 30 years, Fred Rogers was the friendly neighbor who taught children—and many adults—how to be compassionate, empathetic and kind. Here, he talks about his desire to create videotapes for schools that would help children of migrant workers feel more comfortable in the classroom.
