The iconic newswoman has interviewed everyone—from A-list celebrities to infamous criminals to heads of state—and she never hesitates to ask the tough questions.

After a 2004 appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show, one audience member wanted to know whether she ever had regrets after an interview was over.

"Yes, every time," Barbara said. "My idea of hell is that I finish doing an interview and someone says, 'Did you ask such and such?' and I think, 'I didn't ask that.'"
