  • 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Combine the turkey, sage, red pepper flakes, 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper in a large bowl. Gently mix with your hands until well combined. Form the mixture into 8 thin patties.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Add the maple syrup. Cook, using the rosemary sprig to brush the patties with syrup, until glazed, 3 to 4 minutes more.
