Iyanla: "I Don't Like You"

Fifty-one-year-old Norma has been raising her daughter's 8-year-old son for the last six years. Norma says her daughter Dominique, who is currently homeless, would rather party and get drunk than be a mother to her son.

Today, Norma has legal custody of Dominique's son—though Dominique is trying to get him back and thinks Norma is trying to turn him against her. "My son is used as a pawn," Dominique says. "I feel like a lot of times things are done out of vengeance."

Iyanla travels to Chicago to get Dominique's life in order, but she quickly realizes that Norma is at the root of the problem. She sits down with Norma to understand their family history, and things soon take a heated turn.
