The Real Reason These Women Stayed with Jay, a Father of 34 Children

After completing a three-part mega-fix with Jay, a 44-year-old man who has fathered 34 children with 17 different women, Iyanla said she had unfinished business with some of the mothers of his children. Now, four of those women have joined Iyanla in Chicago to continue the healing.

Like many viewers, Iyanla wants to know why these women stayed with Jay, even after learning the truth about his past. Aisha, a woman who has a 5-year-old daughter with Jay, admits that she settled.

Charmaine, the mother of three of Jay's sons, says she didn't want to be alone, a sentiment echoed by Chantau and Ayanna. If she were alone, Ayanna says, she would begin to think about her past.
