The Father of 34 Children on Becoming a Grandfather—for the 3rd Time

For weeks, Iyanla has supported the healing of Jay, a 44-year-old biological father of 34 children with 17 different women. During Part 2 of her mega-fix, she met four of Jay's adult children, including 24-year-old Jay Wes.

Now, Jay Wes joins his father at Harpo Studios to share some news with Iyanla: He and his girlfriend are expecting their first child. "Are you, at 24, at the place in your heart, mind, life, soul, ready to be committed to the evolution and the raising of another life on this planet?" Iyanla asks Jay Wes.

"I am. Definitely," he says.
