Iyanla to Neffe: "A Weenie Is the Last Thing You Need!"

The night before meeting with Iyanla for a second attempt at healing their marriage, Neffeteria "Neffe" Pugh and Shelby "Soullow" Lowery got into what Neffe refers to as a "serious altercation." The fight, she tells Iyanla, stemmed from Neffe suggesting that the attention she receives from a male friend makes her want to fellate him.

Iyanla is stunned. "I just don't understand how, in the middle of a healing process, there's a discussion about sucking on the weenie. I just don't get it," she says to Neffe. "You got so much other crap going on—a weenie is the last thing you need!"

Neffe then breaks down and tells Iyanla about the lack of affection and physical intimacy in her marriage, and she says she feels that being married to Shelby is "just a title."
