Gabrielle Bernstein on Finding Happiness After Getting Sober

As a recovering addict, next-generation life coach and best-selling author Gabrielle Bernstein knows the emotions that come with being newly sober. So she can relate to Angelica, a 27-year-old woman who sits down at the help desk because she is unhappy with what she has accomplished during her 26 months of sobriety.

"I can't find balance, and I'm not happy," Angelica says. "I, like, literally am just walking around putting on a front to everybody."
