Bishop James Greenleaf and his rival, Pastor Basie Skanks, have vastly different personalities. The bishop is warm and inviting, whereas Basie has a somewhat mysterious, cold demeanor. Production designer John Hansen says you can see the conflict played out in the design of each church.
