  • 4 cups popcorn , popped
  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter , browned
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest , grated
  • 4 tsp. superfine sugar
  • Directions
    Place unsalted butter in a cold pan. Place pan over medium heat. Cook butter, stirring often, until it browns evenly, about 2 minutes. Take care not to move the pan too much when stirring. Once butter is browned, remove from heat. Add lemon zest to the browned butter. Pour the butter-lemon mixture over popcorn and toss. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons sugar over the popcorn mixture and toss again. Serve.
