Grilled Chicken with Strawberry Salsa Recipe

In a large shallow dish, mix together 2 Tbsp. mustard and 2 Tbsp. honey. Add chicken breasts and coat well.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 Tbsp. honey, 2 tsp. mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1/8 tsp. salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir in red onion. Stir in strawberries, mint and 1/8 tsp. salt. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken with 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper. Brush grill grates with oil. Grill chicken until nicely charred and just cooked, about 6 minutes per side. Slice crosswise and serve with strawberry salsa.
